Ginisang gulay

Ingredients:

 

2c Sitaw (Long beans), cut into 2 inch bites*

½ cup of leftover meat (fried chicken or pork chop from last night’s dinner), cut into bite-size pieces.

1 Red onion (small)

2 cloves Garlic

1 Tomato

1 cup Water

1 tsp Oil

2 tsp Fish sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

*You can use any vegetable you like in this recipe.

 

Instructions:

 

1.) Saute garlic, onion, and tomato.

2.) Add leftover meat and fish sauce.

3.) Cook until meat is tender again

4.) Add the green beans, water, pepper, and salt.

5.) Cook until vegetable is done.

6.) Serve with hot rice.
