Justin Bieber’s recent effort to raise money for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines includes a chance to hang out with him while he records new music.
“Everyone knows I’ve got the best fans in the world. So the moment I heard about the tragedy a few weeks back, I knew I could count on you guys to make a difference,” Justin said in a video announcing his recent charity drive.
In the video, Justin appealed to his fans’ to help the victims of the typhoon in the Philippines by donating money through Prizeo.com. The money raised will be given to UNICEF, Action Against Hunger and Philam Foundation, some of the organizations active in the relief efforts in the country.
Fans who donate are entitled to be part of a raffle that gives them a chance to win a trip for two to Los Angeles and meet Justin in person early next year.
This is not the first time Justin joined relief efforts for the victims of Yolanda. His song ‘I Would’ is one of the 39 tracks in the benefit album for the Philippines that features international artists including Beyonce and Madonna.
Super typhoon Yolanda hit Eastern Visayas last 8 November, killing more than 5,000 and leaving hundreds of thousands homeless.
