Inihaw na Baboy (Grilled Pork Belly)
1 kg pork belly, sliced
1 bulb of garlic crushed
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1.) In a bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, cooking oil, and salt.
2.) Add the pork belly slices and marinate for 40 minutes or longer for the flavours to permeate the meat
3.) Heat the charcoal grill and grill pork, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked. Once cooked serve the pork w/ rice and garnish with some coriander leaves.
NOTE: If you don’t have an outdoor grill, use a grill pan or you may roast the pork if you want.
