Jennifer Aniston on legal battle with contractors
J.R. Darnall Associates, Inc., a general construction company based in Northridge, California, sued Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston over an alleged breach of contract worth almost $44k. The incident involves a deck that the contractor constructed for Aniston’s new $21m home.

The contractor said that Aniston refused to pay for the deck after a leak was found. However, before the contractor was able to completely assess the damage, Aniston has ordered the deck ripped down by a demolition crew. The star then cut all communications with the contractor.

The suit was filed at the Los Angeles County Supreme Court. In their complaint, the contractor claimed that they have rendered a series of successful constructions on Aniston’s property before the deck incident.
