Magnitude 5.2 quake hits Northern Samar
A 5.2 magnitude earthquake rattled Northern Samar at 4:41 p.m. today, July 25, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology (Phivolcs) said.
The epicenter of the quake was traced at 55 kilometers North, 14 degrees East of Catamaran. The tectonic tremor has a depth of 10 kilometers.
According to Phivolcs, intensity one was felt at Casiguran and Cabid-an, Sorsogon.
Phivolcs advises the public of aftershocks.
