Mayumi’s vogue talk: Shoes – Spring 2013
Do you ever wonder why most women are obsessed with shoes? I read somewhere that it is because our feet are the last part of our bodies to change when we start gaining those unwanted kilos. I guess that means shoes can make us feel beautiful and confident regardless if we were a size 0 or an 18. I do not know if this is true, but I know why I like them. Shoes are just beautiful, expressive, and great works of art! They just have this uncanny ability to make me feel very feminine and sexy. Some psychologists claim that women are wired to equate power with heights. There is some truth to that. Have you noticed that most women who call the shots are wearing high heels? Even Angela Merkel subscribes to that.
Well girls, going back to my shoe round up for this season – I can hardly wait to share with you my latest finds on the dazzling shoe trends for this lovely time of the year so here they are…
