He said that he had been silent for so long already despite hearing all the allegations hurled against him thus he is making his statement today .
He vehemently denied Claudine’s claim that he has hurt her. He said he would not do anything that would hurt or bring harm to his kids. The couple has two kids Sabina, their adopted daughter and Santino, their biological son. He said that it is not impossible for his wife to cook up stories such as these. He said “Marami rin ang makakapagpatunay na may kakayahan siyang gumawa ng kuwento.”
He added that he would address all his wife’s allegations in due time in court and that he’s got proof to back him up.
“I strongly deny her accusations. Lalabas din ang katotohanan. Sasagutin namin ang lahat sa korte sa tamang panahon.”

Claudine filed the TPO to prevent her husband from going near her and their children. According to her lawyer, the contents of the complain is confidential, though he said that “Matagal na pong nagtiis ang aking kliyente, 2005 pa po. “She tried to make it work, ayaw niya sanang magreklamo at humantong sa ganitong aksyon, ngunit hindi na po niya kaya. “Ito na lang po ang nakikita niyang paraan upang tumigil na po yung mga ginagawa po sa kanya at sa kanyang mga anak.”
Claudine on her part has been economical in her response she said I'm trying my best to be okay for my children, to be strong for my children and for my family."
"Ayoko talagang magsalita… I'm not ready to talk, I don't want to talk.
"I just want to be protected. I just want my children to be protected.
"Yun lang masasabi ko."
