After he appeared in the ABS CBN show Walang Hanggan with old flame Dawn Zulueta last year, Richard Gomez is set to star with another of his ex-girlfriends, none other than Mega Star Sharon Cuneta.

Details of their upcoming show are still being finalized. It has the working title My Pirated Family, which will be aired in TV5.  The series is somehow akin to the storyline of the Hollywood movie We’re the Millers starring Jennifer Aniston and also Kim Chiu and Xian Lim’s Bride for Rent as it revolves around a fake family, which Sharon’s character created, to be able to claim an inheritance.

Before My Pirated Family undergoes production, Sharon, like her daughter KC, will temporarily take a break from showbiz work.

Richard and Sharon fans will be delighted to know however that they have a chance to see the old lovers sooner as Richard is also in Sharon’s current comedy series, Madam Chairman where he plays Madam’s first love, Enzo. He is set to appear in a total of four episodes, the first of which was already aired last Thursday.

Richard was romantically involved with Sharon in the start of his career during the 80’s. They starred in movies such as Ngayon at Kailanman (1992), Kapantay Ay Langit (1993), and their most recent, Walang Kapalit (2003). He is currently married to actress and Leyte congresswoman Lucy Torres and they have one daughter, Juliana.

Sharon has previously revealed that Richard is one of the three serious showbiz boyfriends she had. Can you guess who are the other two?
